McGregor Amplification has been manufacturing in the UK for 30 years, with a range comprising 1 to 8 channel mono and stereo PA mixer-amps, 17 power amps, installation mixers and mixer-amps, zoners, two disco systems for CD's, vinyl and karaoke, powered and un-powered wedge monitors, speaker cabs and powered speaker systems.  Quality and reliability are important here too, and the products are under an almost constant design review, with improvements added wherever possible.

PA SERIES PA6/250 and PA6/600 SIX CHANNEL MOSFET MIXER AMPLIFIERS WITH DIGITAL EFFECTS This 250w or 600w RMS mixer-amp is crammed with useful features. The first 4 channels offer a balanced/unbalanced XLR/jack combi Low Z mic input, gain with overload led, three band e.q., and sends to the built-in digital effects unit, outboard auxiliary and monitors.  Channels five and six are for mono or stereo line level signals with front panel summing phono inputs and rear panel jack inputs, plus gain, bass and treble and ppi's. PCM & BG 100S / 250ST  PROCESSOR-CONTROLLED SATELLITE SYSTEMS Powered speakers are a popular alternative to small separate P.A. Systems, providing greater compact-ness and quick and easy setup. There are two versions, the PCM/100S and PCM/250ST shown on the left, which uses the MS/100 or MS/250 module, and on the right is the BG/100S or BG/250ST, using the BG series module. THE MD 12 DISCO CONSOLE

The MD12 mono disco offers exceptional value. The rugged, carpet covered console contains a 600 watts R.M.S. (into 4 ohm) amplifier, a low noise mixer, a twin CDG player and a video switcher.

The mixer section includes a comprehensive mic channel with XLR and ¼" jack inputs.  The microphone gain control is monitored by a PPI led and drives separate bass and treble controls. Voice override (VOX) with level and led active indicator is standard, and an overall mic mute switch is incorporated.

Four 60mm sliders, a four band graphic and a crossfader control the music section.

THE SD15 CONSOLE

The SD15 is an extremely compact disco/karaoke unit. The rugged, carpet covered console can contain up to 650 + 650 watts R.M.S. (into 4 ohm) of amplification, in addition to a versatile low noise mixer with digital effects processor and video switcher, a twin CDG player, and a 7" wide screen TFT display.

The mixer section features three comprehensive mic channels, each with XLR and ¼" jack inputs. The mic gain control is monitored by a PPI led and drives separate bass, mid, treble and dsp level controls. Voice override (VOX) with level and led active indicator is standard, as is a mic mute switch on all three channels.

The music section is controlled by four 60mm sliders and a seven band graphic equaliser. Phono/Line switching is provided on aux 3 and 4, and full headphone monitoring with separate headphone and master level controls is included. The digital effects processor features twelve selectable effects and has repeat, level, and footswitch control.  Two XLR 12v DC sockets facilitate the use of led style flexilights.
